We can finally get started! I’ve mentioned quite a few times in my previous posts all about the upcoming in-person Group Reiki Training…and it’s finally happening!

As most of you know, a little over a year ago, I found my office at Abundance Well Spa in Antioch, CA. I have been so grateful to have found this sacred space where I can do all of my healing work, and now I’m finally able to start teaching small groups here in person.

Reiki truly is a gift that’s been given to us to help create the positive changes we need in our lives, and I am so excited to be able to share it with you.

I’m happy to announce my upcoming Group Reiki Training Classes for June! To honor those who are interested in working with me, both near and far, I will be offering monthly classes In-Person at Abundance Well Spa, and Online via Zoom.

  • Today, I’m not the one facilitating the healing session—I’m the one receiving it 🥰 As healers, we dedicate so much of our time and energy to helping others find balance, peace, and healing. But let’s not forget that we, too, need to take time for ourselves. This is your sign to book a Reiki session for yourself. Just because we have the ability to facilitate healing in others doesn’t mean we don’t need healing ourselves. In fact, it’s essential for us to receive care so that we can continue to give our best to our clients. 🌟 Even as a Reiki practitioner, I make it a priority to seek out another practitioner for my own sessions. While we don’t use our own energy when we heal others, we are still actively engaged in the process, which means we’re not truly relaxing. Allowing another practitioner to work on us gives us the opportunity to fully let go and recharge. This can be incredibly soothing and grounding. 🌬️🔥 🧘🏽‍♀️Deep Relaxation/Sleeping: For many, Reiki induces a state of deep relaxation, so much so that it’s common to drift into a peaceful sleep. 💤 This restful state allows your body to heal and rejuvenate, leaving you feeling refreshed and balanced. 🤲🏽 Tingling/Vibrations: You might also notice tingling or vibrations coursing through different parts of your body.   • Congratulations to this beautiful soul for becoming Reiki Level 1 & 2 Certified! She is now officially a Reiki Practitioner 🤲🏽 Julie originally took a Reiki Level 1 course elsewhere years ago. As she continued on her spiritual journey, she realized that it was time to restart her Reiki journey from scratch so she decided to retake Level 1 with me, and continue on to Level 2 to become a practitioner. Once you’re attuned to Reiki, the energy flows through you forever. She was able to complete both levels and is now able to heal herself and others.
