Happy New Year! 🎉

It’s official guys!!! After being down for about 5 months, the Sage + Lotus Website is officially back up and running!

This year, as we step into the energy of 8, symbolizing the Strength Card in Tarot, we’re embracing themes of abundance, karma (what you give, you receive), and the incredible power within us to overcome challenges. It’s a time to truly believe in the boundless potential that awaits us all!

Reflecting on 2023, I’ve come to cherish the seemingly quiet moments and restful pauses. What might have felt like moments of “not doing enough” were, in hindsight, chapters of contemplation, realignment of my soul’s compass, and the realization of a more radiant path ahead.

As I embrace my personal year 6 in 2024, emphasizing themes of Home, Family, and Responsibility, my dedication remains steadfast towards connecting with you through Sage + Lotus. However, at the heart of my intentions lies another commitment to self-nurturing. This year is about replenishing my cup, nurturing my essence, and fostering a profound sense of internal balance to radiate the very best version of myself for you.

Center stage in my aspirations for this year is the pursuit of health – not merely physical, but the harmony of mind, body, and spirit. Last year’s sense of disorientation taught me a valuable lesson: tending to my own well-being is the cornerstone of guiding others. Thus, I embark on this journey with a reignited understanding of my purpose.

I’m thrilled to share a lineup of meaningful projects unfolding this year. Starting this adventure with a gentle stride, I’m excited to share that one piece of the hard work is done, and I’m ready to unveil the results – the relaunch of my website. It’s been a labor of love, thoughtfully crafted to reflect my mission in supporting you on your spiritual journey.

You may notice quite a few new offerings, which you can read about directly on the site – but I will also be sending out some detailed e-mails about them in the future as well.

Feeling the pressure of having to always post on social media, send monthly e-mails out to my e-mail list, or even promote my own business sometimes just makes me want to disappear...and so, that’s what I did. But, as I learn more about my own HD and how I am meant to navigate through the world, the great part about me “hiding away” is that it’s only temporary. I take these moments to build myself back up so I can return and give you all the best version of me. Being on my own spiritual journey, I’m currently in this space of trusting what the Universe has in store for me. Even though I haven’t posted online much, I have trusted that my people will find me when it’s aligned. In this quiet time of solitude, I have been conducting healing sessions, private Group Reiki and sound baths, and I have had multiple people find me through Yelp or word of mouth. As scared as I was to take a tiny break for fear of people “forgetting about me”, this was a reminder from the Universe to just trust. I’m human too, so I know how easy it is to forget. Our ego wants so many things and it wants it now. As we work toward our goals, we can get so lost in the mission that we forget about enjoying the journey and being present. By trusting our journey, we are able to find moments of clarity, so we can discover ourselves, our purpose and the endless possibilities that are truly meant for us.   • 🌟Congratulations to @myron.msnrn ! 🌟 It was truly a joy guiding Myron through the transformative journey of Reiki Level 1 a couple of weeks ago, followed by the completion of Level 2 last weekend. When I say the Universe guides your people to you, that is no joke. I met Myron through my doctor’s office because he’s the RN who would administer my infusions. As I sat there for my monthly hour long infusions, we somehow started discussing Reiki and the positive effects I believe it’s given me for my Lupus. That’s when he mentioned all about his goal to treat patients holistically as an RN. His long term goal is to eventually open up a wellness center with his wife, Monica @ajourneyto.haven (who was also Reiki Certified last month) so they can holistically treat those in need who otherwise couldn’t afford it. I am so inspired by their mission, and can’t wait to witness what’s to come from them both! This also serves as a reminder that Reiki can be incorporated into all types of current jobs: from beauty professionals to those already working in the medical field. I know I’ve been a bit under the radar this year, but if I’m being honest, taking a break from being so seen online has been such a relief. Being a 6/2 Sacral Generator in Human Design, the “2” line in me often wants to just hide away from the world for weeks or even months at a time! Being on my own spiritual journey, I’m currently in this space of trusting what the Universe has in store for me. Even though I haven’t posted online much, I have trusted that my people will find me when it’s aligned. In this quiet time of solitude, I have been conducting healing sessions, private Group Reiki and sound baths, and I have had multiple people find me through Yelp or word of mouth. Our ego wants so many things and it wants it now. As we work toward our goals, we can get so lost in the mission that we forget about enjoying the journey and being present. By trusting our journey, we are able to find moments of clarity, so we can discover ourselves, our purpose and the endless possibilities that are truly meant for us. So, as I slowly return to the online world, I invite you to trust your journey as well. Is there something you’ve been afraid to do? Have you been holding yourself back in some way? I know I’ve been a bit under the radar this year, but if I’m being honest, taking a break from being so seen online has been such a relief. Being a 6/2 Sacral Generator in Human Design, the “2” line in me often wants to just hide away from the world for weeks or even months at a time! Feeling the pressure of having to always post on social media, send monthly e-mails out to my e-mail list, or even promote my own business sometimes just makes me want to disappear...and so, that’s what I did. But, as I learn more about my own HD and how I am meant to navigate through the world, the great part about me “hiding away” is that it’s only temporary. I take these moments to build myself back up so I can return and give you all the best version of me. Being on my own spiritual journey, I’m currently in this space of trusting what the Universe has in store for me. Even though I haven’t posted online much, I have trusted that my people will find me when it’s aligned. In this quiet time of solitude, I have been conducting healing sessions, private Group Reiki and sound baths, and I have had multiple people find me through Yelp or word of mouth. As scared as I was to take a tiny break for fear of people “forgetting about me”, this was a reminder from the Universe to just trust. I’m human too, so I know how easy it is to forget. 🌟Congratulations to @myron.msnrn ! 🌟 It was truly a joy guiding Myron through the transformative journey of Reiki Level 1 a couple of weeks ago, followed by the completion of Level 2 last weekend. When I say the Universe guides your people to you, that is no joke. I met Myron through my doctor’s office because he’s the RN who would administer my infusions. As I sat there for my monthly hour long infusions, we somehow started discussing Reiki and the positive effects I believe it’s given me for my Lupus. That’s when he mentioned all about his goal to treat patients holistically as an RN. His long term goal is to eventually open up a wellness center with his wife, Monica @ajourneyto.haven (who was also Reiki Certified last month) so they can holistically treat those in need who otherwise couldn’t afford it. I am so inspired by their mission, and can’t wait to witness what’s to come from them both! This also serves as a reminder that Reiki can be incorporated into all types of current jobs: from beauty professionals to those already working in the medical field. Reiki has its place in each person it comes across. There are no limits.
