I’ve been quiet lately because I’ve been so sick. Between lupus flare ups, migraines, joint/muscle pain, catching a cold, getting a wisdom tooth pulled, losing my voice, you name it…I’ve been going THROUGH it the last couple months! Instead of pushing through… I practiced what I teach. I rested. I slowed down. I did Reiki on myself. I let my body lead. And honestly? It reminded me why I believe so deeply in this work.
